Nick Greenwood

Founder & CIO

Nick Greenwood is the Co-Founder and CIO of the Investment Manager, responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction and running the Fund’s proprietary trading models. Prior to founding the Investment Manager and being a portfolio manager for the Fund, Nick spent 5 years on the buy side working for a Multi Family Office, building and running a successful liquid markets strategy portfolio (equity & credit derivative strategies).

 

Before working on the buy side, Nick worked at BarCap in London/New York from 2007 to 2012 as a quantitative trader across fixed income and equity derivatives with a focus on structured/non-linear strategies. Prior to that Nick worked in fixed income at Citi. Nick studied Mathematics at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge University, graduating with a triple 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree summa cum laude (MMath).

Ashley Hudd

Founder & CEO

Ashley Hudd is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Investment Manager, responsible for the Fund’s portfolio management, trading and risk, prime brokers, capital base and core team. Prior to founding the Investment Manager and being a portfolio manager for the Fund, Ashley spent 6 years on the buy-side working with Nick at a Multi-Family Office, building and operating trading & risk frameworks for liquid market equity/credit derivative strategies.

 

Before working on the buy side, Ashley worked at BarCap between 2008 and 2012, running a structured equities and derivative team. Prior to that Ashley worked on an equities/derivatives trading desk at Lehman Brothers and prior to that he qualified at PwC. Ashley has a strong technical background, qualifying as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation with PwC and has a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in Management from Nottingham University.
